Using the AI Assistant
The AI Assistant is your conversational marketing co-pilot, built directly into the Nukipa dashboard. Instead of navigating menus and filling out forms, you can ask the assistant to do things for you in plain language.
How to Access It
Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard to open the assistant panel. You can also expand it to a full-page view for longer conversations.
The assistant remembers your conversation history, so you can pick up where you left off.
What the Assistant Can Do
Create Campaigns and Content
Ask the assistant to create campaigns, blog posts, and landing pages. For example:
- "Create a new campaign called Q2 Lead Generation"
- "Write a blog post about sustainable packaging trends"
- "Generate a landing page targeting CTOs worried about data security"
For larger projects, the assistant can execute batch content plans - creating a campaign with multiple blog posts and landing pages in a single request.
Publish and Schedule
Manage content lifecycle through conversation:
- "Publish the blog post about customer retention"
- "Schedule this post for next Tuesday at 9am"
- "Unpublish the landing page we created yesterday"
Configure Autopilot
Set up and manage automated content pipelines:
- "Enable Autopilot on my SEO Blog campaign"
- "Set Autopilot to generate 3 blog posts per week"
- "Generate a content plan for the next month"
- "Approve the pending content plan"
Check Analytics
Get performance data without leaving the chat:
- "How are my blog posts performing?"
- "Show me conversion metrics for the last 30 days"
- "Where are my visitors coming from?"
The assistant can pull page view statistics, conversion data (CTA clicks and form submissions), and geographic visitor distribution.
Monitor Industry News
Stay informed through conversation:
- "Fetch the latest industry news"
- "Show me the most relevant news articles"
- "Generate content ideas from recent news"
Research
The assistant has two research capabilities:
- Web search - Search the internet for current information, trends, and competitor activity.
- Company knowledge search - Query the knowledge base built from your website content to ensure accuracy.
Track Jobs
Check the status of background tasks:
- "What's the status of my latest blog post generation?"
- "Show me all running jobs"
- "Give me a status overview"
How Confirmations Work
For any action that modifies your data - creating content, publishing, configuring Autopilot - the assistant asks for your explicit confirmation before proceeding. You'll see a confirmation card with details about what will happen. Click Confirm to proceed or Reject to cancel.
This means you can safely explore and ask the assistant to do things without worrying about accidental changes.
Tips for Getting the Most Out of the Assistant
- Select the right campaign first. Use the campaign selector at the top of the chat panel so the assistant knows which campaign you're referring to.
- Be specific. "Create a comparison blog post about CRM tools for small businesses" produces better results than "write a blog post."
- Use batch plans for efficiency. If you need multiple pieces of content, describe the full plan and the assistant will create everything in one go.
- Ask about capabilities. Not sure what the assistant can do? Just ask "What can you help me with?" and it will explain its capabilities based on your current workspace.
