Where does my blog get published?
On a subdomain provided by Nukipa: yourworkspace.nukipa.io. Note that pages on the Nukipa subdomain are not indexed by search engines - your content is accessible via direct link but won't appear in search results. To enable indexing, connect your own custom domain under Settings > Domain.
How do I set up a custom domain?
Go to Settings > Domain, enter your desired domain, add the DNS records Nukipa provides at your domain registrar, then verify. Custom domains require a paid or trial subscription.
Can I unpublish content?
Yes. Click Unpublish on any published blog post or landing page. The content returns to draft status and is immediately removed from the public site.
How does scheduling work?
Set a future date and time on any blog post or social media asset. The platform automatically publishes the content at the scheduled time. You can view all scheduled content in the Schedule section.
How do I submit my sitemap to search engines?
Once you've connected a custom domain, go to Settings > Sitemaps. You can register and verify your domain with Google Search Console, then submit your sitemap. For Bing, use the one-click IndexNow submission.
What analytics are available?
The Analytics section shows page views, form submissions, CTA clicks, conversion rates, and cookie consent data for your published content. You can see which pages get the most traffic, which landing pages capture the most leads, and how visitors respond to your cookie banner (accepted vs. declined, with an overall acceptance rate over time).
Where do form submissions go?
When visitors fill out forms on your landing pages, submissions appear in the Messages section. You'll see the contact details, which landing page they came from, and when they submitted. Mark messages as read to track which ones you've followed up on.
Can I connect my LinkedIn account?
Yes. Go to Social Accounts to connect your LinkedIn account via OAuth. Once connected, you can publish social media posts directly from Nukipa.
What is the AI Assistant?
The floating chat widget in the bottom-right corner. It's a conversational AI that can create campaigns, generate content, check analytics, fetch industry news, configure Autopilot, and more. Every action that modifies data requires your explicit confirmation. See the "Using the AI Assistant" documentation for a full overview of its capabilities.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All user data access is controlled through Row Level Security (RLS) policies. This means users can only access data belonging to their own company. Authentication is handled through industry-standard JWT tokens.
What are Jobs?
The Jobs page shows background tasks like content generation, translation, and image creation. If you trigger multiple content generations, you can track their progress here. Jobs show "generating," "ready," or "error" status.
Can I use Nukipa for multiple brands?
Yes, with the agency plan. Agency accounts can create separate workspaces for each brand or client, each with its own profile, branding, and content.
What if generation fails?
Occasionally, content generation may fail (shown as "error" status). This can happen due to temporary service issues. Simply try generating again - the system usually recovers on the next attempt. If a job shows as stuck, check the Jobs page for details.
Does Nukipa support product catalogs?
Yes. Go to Company Profile > Products to add your products or services with descriptions, features, and images. The AI uses product information to generate more specific content. You can also have the AI suggest products by analyzing your website.
