Visit the Nukipa website and click "Get Started." You'll need an email address and your company website URL. The platform guides you through setup in about 5 minutes.
What information do I need to get started?
Just your company website URL. Nukipa crawls your site and automatically detects your company description, brand colors, fonts, and value proposition. You can refine these details later in Company Profile.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts start with a free trial that gives you access to core features. You can upgrade to a paid plan when you're ready for more capacity and advanced features.
Can I use Nukipa if I don't have a website yet?
Yes, but the experience works best when you provide a website URL. If you don't have one, you can manually fill in your company profile and start creating content right away.
How long does the initial setup take?
About 2-5 minutes. Most of the time is spent while the AI crawls your website and extracts your brand information. You review the results and make adjustments.
What languages does Nukipa support?
Nukipa supports content generation in multiple languages including German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, and Brazilian Portuguese. You can set your default language in the Company Profile and generate or translate content in any supported language.
Can I change my company profile after setup?
Absolutely. Go to Company Profile at any time to update your company description, brand colors, fonts, writing style, and target audiences. Changes immediately affect future AI-generated content.
How do I add my logo?
Go to Company Profile and look for the logo upload section. You can upload your logo and favicon in PNG, JPG, or SVG format. These are used in generated landing pages and your public blog.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is your company's home in Nukipa. All your campaigns, content, and team members live in one workspace. Your workspace name becomes part of your public blog URL (e.g., yourworkspace.nukipa.io).
Can I have multiple workspaces?
Yes, if you're on the agency plan. Agency accounts can create and manage multiple company workspaces, making it ideal for marketing agencies managing several clients.
